お店の名前を改めてご紹介します。
プライベートサロンbow & arrow 神楽坂と申します。
- bow & arrow の意味ですが、直訳すると弓矢🏹なのですが、一つは私の苗字には矢という字が入っているのですが、よく谷と感じを間違えられることが多いので矢という字を認識してもらいたいという意味で思いついたのが一つです。
- 弓というものに私の名前である梓（あずさ)が深い縁があるということ。梓弓という梓の木で作られた弓が枕詞として万葉集にも載っていたそうです。朝廷にも献上されたりもしたようです。
- 弓矢は日本では日本の文化としても今でも神事や祭礼として使用されていて、鍛錬しないと扱えない武芸であるため自身のサロンでも技術を極めて提供するという思いでサロン名が決まりました。
形は違うけど海外でもアーチェリーなど様々な形で弓矢は存在するため海外の方にもイメージのつきやすい名前にしました。検索も今はまだ出てこないので、検索しやすいかと思います。

I would like to introduce the origin of the salon name.

I decided to do this.
I had posted it on my homepage, but the homepage is not working properly, so I’ll let you know when I create it again.
It means bow & arrow, but the literal translation is yumiya🏹, but my last name has the character arrow in it, and people often get confused with the word “valley”.
Second, my name Azusa has a deep connection to bows. Azusa-yumi, a bow made from the Azusa tree, was also included in the Manyo-shu, which collection of poems. That’s classical Japanese book. Azusa-yumi was one of Pillow word in classic literature.
Thirdly, the bow and arrow is still used in Japanese culture in Shinto rituals and festivals, and it is a martial art that cannot be used without training, so I decided on the name of the salon with the idea that I would offer the best techniques at my salon.
Although the shapes are different, bows and arrows exist in various forms such as archery overseas, so I chose a name that would be easily recognizable to people overseas.
It may be difficult to remember, but thank you for your understanding.
